PAC provides POV photo or video evidence captured at the moment of signing for supporting visual documentation.

After completing your submission and paying the authentication fee, you are responsible for shipping the item to our facility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.

The $10.00 flat fee collected at checkout is strictly for the secure Return Shipping from PAC back to your address once authentication is complete.

PAC is not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to our facility. However, your return shipment is covered by the insurance value you declared during checkout.

The PAC Headquarters address is provided on your Order Confirmation page and in the automated email sent immediately after payment.

PAC provides an expert opinion on authentication backed by high-resolution visual proof. All digital registry records and provenance entries are permanent and tamper-proof.

Inbound transit to PAC is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is handled directly via PAC and covered according to the declared insurance value selected at checkout.
